At Zivanche, every timepiece reflects a commitment to refined aesthetics, precision engineering, and strict quality control. Each product undergoes thorough inspection before dispatch.
Due to lighting conditions, display variations, and the nature of finishing, minor variations in color, tone, or detailing may occur. These are inherent characteristics of the product and shall not be considered defects.
Nature of Luxury Goods
Our team subjects every Zivanche product to a rigorous multi-stage quality control process. Many of our items feature intricate mechanical movements or artisanal finishes. Therefore, we recognize minor aesthetic variations as marks of authenticity rather than manufacturing defects.
Refund & Return Policy
Zivanché maintains a firm Strict No-Refund and No-Return Policy for all purchases. We do not provide monetary or bank refunds under any circumstances. This policy includes, but is not limited to, "change of mind," aesthetic preferences, or a change in personal circumstances. Once you complete a transaction, we consider the financial sale final.

Store Credit & Re-selection
We value your satisfaction and offer a flexible alternative if our product does not meet your expectations.

Credit Issuance: If you are not satisfied with your selection, we issue a Store Credit/Credit Note for the full invoice value of the item.

Validity: You may use this Store Credit to purchase any other available product from the Zivanché collection.

Process: We issue the credit note only after our quality team receives the original item and confirms it remains in "Factory-Mint" condition with all seals intact.
Exchange Policy
At Zivanché, we enforce a strict protocol to ensure we handle every exchange request with absolute precision. We offer a one-time exchange facility to ensure you receive a product that meets our quality standards.

The 24-Hour Intimation Window: You must report any concerns, damages, or exchange requests to our Customer Care team within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp. We strictly adhere to this timeframe and will not entertain or process any requests submitted after the 24-hour delivery window.

The Unboxing Mandate: You must record a clear, unedited unboxing video. You must start the video before breaking the courier seal and show the entire process of opening the package. This video serves as the sole primary evidence for any claims regarding transit damage, incorrect items, or missing components.

Pristine Condition Requirement: We only accept exchanges for items in "Factory-Mint" condition. You must return the product unworn, with all protective films, tags, and original luxury packaging intact. If you remove the protective seals or films, you disqualify the item for exchange.

Processing Timeline: Our team requires time to inspect and verify returned luxury goods. Once we receive your original item at our facility and approve its condition, the preparation and dispatch of your replacement will take 15 to 20 business days.

Logistics & Fees: The customer bears all costs for courier services, insurance, and shipping associated with the exchange process. We do not provide free reverse pickups for exchange requests.

Final Approval: Zivanche reserves the right to reject an exchange request if the returned product shows signs of wear or if the customer fails to provide the mandatory unboxing video.
Cancellation Policy

Order Finality: Our fulfillment team begins processing orders immediately. Once you confirm an order via our concierge verification call or digital confirmation, we consider that order final.

Promotional Orders: We do not allow cancellations for orders placed during special sales, festive offers, or those using "Limited Edition" codes.
Final Compliance Clause
We require strict compliance with all aforementioned terms. Failure to provide a valid unboxing video, report within the 24-hour window, or adhere to logistics requirements will immediately disqualify your service or exchange claim.
