Delivery & Fulfilment

Delays due to external factors do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

⚠️ Special Note: Mazzucato watches are not returnable. They are only imported on order.

⚠️ Special Note: Some watches are imported from Hong Kong. For these models, the estimated delivery time is 12–15 days due to international shipping.

Exchange, Returns & Store Credit

  • Exchanges are subject to strict eligibility conditions

  • Monetary refunds are not provided
