Warranty Policy

At Zivanche, every timepiece is crafted with precision and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. We stand behind the performance of our products and offer a limited warranty on selected items under defined conditions.

1. Warranty Eligibility

To avail warranty services, the following are mandatory:

  • Valid Warranty Card issued by Zivanche
  • Original Purchase Invoice/Bill
  • Product must be within the warranty period

Failure to provide any of the above may result in rejection of the warranty claim.

2. Warranty Coverage

The warranty is strictly limited to:

  • Internal mechanism (movement) issues only

This includes:

  • Functional defects in the watch movement
  • Mechanical performance issues under normal usage conditions

3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or accidental damage
  • Wear and tear due to regular use
  • Strap, glass, case, or external components
  • Damage caused by mishandling, impact, or negligence
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Any such cases will be treated as out-of-warranty.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  • Contact our customer support team
  • Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Clear images/videos of the issue
    • Warranty Card & Invoice copy
  • Our team will review and validate the claim
  • Further instructions will be provided upon approval

5. Warranty Resolution

  • Only the internal mechanism will be repaired or replaced
  • No full product replacement will be provided

Resolution timeline may vary depending on the nature of the issue

6. Shipping & Service Charges

Customers are responsible for sending the product to our service facility

Return shipping after service will be determined based on the individual case, and may be either complimentary or chargeable as deemed appropriate by Zivanche

7. General Conditions

Zivanche reserves the right to:

  • Inspect and verify all warranty claims before approval
  • Reject claims that do not meet the stated conditions
  • Determine whether a repair or replacement of mechanism is required
  • Update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice

We stand by the enduring value of our craftsmanship. Zivanche offers an exclusive Buyback Guarantee of upto 70% of the product value. This option becomes available only after 2 years of continuous ownership.

Mandatory Evaluation: Before we process any buyback, our master watchmakers must perform a comprehensive physical and mechanical condition check on the timepiece.

Valuation: We base the final buyback value on the results of this professional evaluation, specifically focusing on the integrity of the movement and the state of the exterior components.
