At Zivanche, our timepieces are curated through a combination of ready stock and made-to-order inventory, including selected and imported models.

  • Orders are processed after confirmation and verification

  • Certain products may be sourced or prepared specifically upon order placement

This allows us to maintain exclusivity and product quality across our collection.

Shipping Timeline

Delivery timelines vary based on product availability:

1. Ready Stock Products

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

2. Standard Orders

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–12 business days

3. Made-to-Order / Out-of-Stock Products

  • Estimated delivery time: up to 30 days

Important Note on Delivery Timelines

All timelines mentioned are approximate and indicative.

Since certain products are imported or specially arranged, delivery may vary depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Sourcing timelines

  • Logistics and transit conditions

While placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these timelines.

⚠️ Special Note: Mazzucato watches are not returnable. They are only imported on order.

⚠️ Special Note: Some watches are imported from Hong Kong. For these models, the estimated delivery time is 12–15 days due to international shipping.

Shipping Method

We partner with Blue Dart Air to ensure secure and efficient delivery across all orders.

  • Shipments are handled via Blue Dart Air services for faster and more reliable transit

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched

Order Dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched once ready for shipment

  • Dispatch timelines vary depending on product type (ready vs made-to-order)

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are required to:

  • Provide accurate shipping address and contact details

  • Ensure availability at the time of delivery

Zivanche shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incomplete contact information

Delays & External Factors

While we aim to deliver within the stated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Import or sourcing delays

  • Courier or logistics issues

  • Unforeseen operational circumstances

Such delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Delivery Confirmation

  • Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier partner, it shall be considered successfully delivered.

  • In the event the customer has not received the package despite the delivery status being marked as delivered, they must inform our customer support team immediately for further investigation.

  • Failure to report such cases promptly may result in the inability to process the claim.

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

In case of any issue:

  • Customers must strictly follow the Exchange Policy guidelines

  • Claims without mandatory unboxing video proof may not be accepted

General Conditions

Zivanche reserves the right to:

  • Update shipping timelines without prior notice

  • Cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Refuse or delay shipments in case of suspicious activity
